Bali Offbeat 8N/9D Tour

Bali Offbeat Tour Package From Pune: The Secret Hidden Paradise Circuit

Mist sits low over Munduk’s emerald gorges at dawn, the kind of stillness that makes you lower your voice without thinking about it. A few days later, you’re perched in an open-top 4×4, sky turning gold over black volcanic ash as Mount Batur’s silhouette rises ahead. By the trip’s later stretch, you’re floating face-down over Menjangan Island’s coral reef, wild barking deer wandering the white sand just meters from where you waded in. None of this involves Bali’s crowded beach clubs or Instagram-famous swings.

Building a non-commercial Bali loop like this takes serious ground logistics. Eco-lodges in Munduk and Sidemen don’t run on standard booking platforms the way Seminyak resorts do. National park permits for Menjangan, inter-island speed boats, and a 4×4 jeep slot for Mount Batur’s sunrise window all need coordinating well in advance.

Samisha Holidays runs this Bali offbeat tour package from Pune for 9 days as a fully coordinated hidden-paradise circuit, with every eco-lodge booking, permit, and boat transfer arranged flawlessly from Pune or Mumbai before departure.

TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

Day-by-Day Hidden Bali Itinerary

01

Day 1: Arrival at Denpasar Airport, Meet & Greet, Private Drive to Munduk Highland Eco-Lodge

Land in Denpasar and get welcomed for a private drive straight up into Bali’s central highlands. The air cools noticeably as the road climbs, rice fields giving way to clove plantations and dense jungle before Munduk’s eco-lodge appears, tucked into a hillside far from anything resembling a tourist strip.

02

Day 2: Trekking Secret Munduk Waterfalls & Panoramic Twin Lakes Viewpoint Canoe Ride

A misty morning trek leads through jungle paths to a series of Munduk’s lesser-known waterfalls, water dropping through moss-covered rock with barely another visitor in sight. The Twin Lakes, Buyan and Tamblingan, open up afterward in a panoramic viewpoint, their still surfaces reflecting surrounding hills before a canoe ride takes you closer to the floating Ulun Danu Tamblingan Temple, considerably quieter than its better-known counterpart on Lake Beratan.

03

Day 3: Munduk to West Bali National Park, Afternoon Wildlife Safari Track

The drive west cuts through increasingly wild terrain, dry savanna replacing the highland’s green as you approach West Bali National Park. An afternoon safari track through the park reveals a side of Bali most travelers never see, dense forest sheltering rare bird species and a noticeably different ecosystem from the island’s volcanic interior.

04

Day 4: Premium Day Cruise to Menjangan Island for World-Class Coral Reef Snorkeling & Marine Exploration

A premium day cruise carries you to Menjangan Island, often cited as home to some of the best coral reef snorkeling in Indonesia. Wild barking deer wander the white sand shoreline, unbothered by visitors, while the water just offshore drops into a coral wall thick with reef fish, turtles, and the kind of visibility that makes every photo look professionally shot.

05

Day 5: Scenic Drive to Kintamani, Mount Batur Sunrise 4x4 Black Lava Jeep Tour, Transit to Lush Sidemen Valley

Pre-dawn departure gets you to Kintamani in time for the main event. An open-top 4×4 Black Lava Jeep climbs Mount Batur’s volcanic slopes, no heavy trekking required, making this comfortable for nearly all ages and fitness levels. Sunrise breaks over the crater rim in shades of gold and pink, ash-black terrain stretching out below in stark contrast to the sky. From there, transit to Sidemen Valley, Bali’s interior turning lush and green again almost immediately.

06

Day 6: Untouched Sidemen Rice Terrace Walking Tour & Traditional Handloom Ikat Weaving Workshop

Sidemen’s rice terraces step down the valley in layers that have stayed largely untouched by mass tourism, Mount Agung looming in the background on clear days. A walking tour through the terraces leads into a local Ikat weaving village, where artisans demonstrate the traditional handloom technique used to create Bali’s distinctive woven textiles, a craft passed down through generations rather than mass-produced for export.

07

Day 7: Sidemen to Sanur Harbor, Speed Boat to Nusa Lembongan Island, Exploring Devil's Tears & Dream Beach Sunset

The drive to Sanur Harbor sets up a private speedboat crossing to Nusa Lembongan, mainland Bali shrinking behind you as the island’s cliffs come into view. Devil’s Tears delivers a dramatic blowhole effect, waves crashing through a narrow rock channel and erupting in spray. Dream Beach closes the day, sand soft underfoot as the sun drops low enough to turn the whole sky orange.

08

Day 8: Crossing the Iconic Yellow Bridge to Nusa Ceningan & Morning Mangrove Forest Boat Tour

A morning mangrove forest boat tour winds through narrow tidal channels, roots forming natural tunnels overhead in one of Bali’s quieter ecosystems. Cross the Yellow Bridge, also called the Bridge of Love, into Nusa Ceningan, a smaller and noticeably less developed island connected to Lembongan by this single narrow span.

09

Day 9: Speed Boat to Mainland Bali & Departure Transfer to Denpasar Airport

A final speedboat crossing back to mainland Bali, followed by a transfer to Denpasar Airport for departure. Nine days, four distinct regions, and a version of Bali that swaps crowded beach clubs for misty highlands, volcanic jeep tracks, and reef water clear enough to see straight to the bottom.
